Premiership Rugby has unveiled a multi-year deal for BetUK.com to become its new official betting partner.

The partnership, which has been agreed from the start of the 2019/2020 season, will see the brand’s sister site 21.co.uk become the official online Casino partner of the league.

Dominic Hayes, Commercial Director at Premiership Rugby commented: “We’re delighted to welcome BetUK.com as a partner of Premiership Rugby.

“BetUK.com are a British brand with responsible gambling at the heart of their business providing a safe and controlled environment. This is the first league-wide partnership they have undertaken so we are pleased to be part of their future plans.”

BetUK.com is already established in the UK market and they are confident that this partnership will build upon both trust and credibility within the sportsbook sector. With a live presence at Premiership Rugby matches coupled with a digital presence this will be a vehicle to increase brand awareness to its target demographic.

Mark Good, BetUK.com representative added on the partnership: “We are delighted that BetUK.com will become the official betting partner of Premiership Rugby, one of the leading professional sports competitions in the UK.

“With Premiership Rugby and its growing fan base, BetUK.com intends to increase awareness about the sports betting offer that it provides to its customers. The partnership also provides BetUK.com with a platform to communicate the safer gambling tools that are available, so Premiership Rugby fans can enhance their enjoyment of the event by using BetUK.com responsibly.”

The partnership aims to put responsibility first, utilising both LeoVegas’ and Premiership Rugby’s strong affiliation with Epic Risk Management whose mission is to take the problems out of gambling by delivering high quality education and risk management consulting to organisations in the highest risk sectors.

The sponsorship also aims to elevate fan engagement, with the activation of a free-to-play Premiership Rugby Predictor integration, an app that allows rugby fans to set up mini leagues where they must predict the result of the game – win – lose – draw. BetUK.com will then provide odds, accumulators and other focused bets based on these predictions.

Furthermore, it also gains BetUK.com Watch&Bet exclusivity, a 24/7 live streaming feed of Premiership Rugby, which will provide the operator’s customers with dynamic opportunities around in-play betting.
