Solihull Moors FC has confirmed that it has signed a stadium sponsorship deal with bookmaker SportNation.bet, marking a continuation of the duo’s partnership.

Having already been named the official betting partner of the fifth tier side last season, the terms of the new agreement will see SportNation.bet gain  the official naming rights, meaning the ground will now be referred to as the SportNation.bet Stadium.

Stuart Tilly, CEO of SportNation.bet said: “We’re delighted to be partnering with Solihull for another season and are hopeful the SportNation.bet Stadium will bear witness to another season of footballing superiority, drama and success for the Moors.

“It’s such an exciting time to be involved with the Club and we very much look forward to working with Calvin and the team as they continue on their march into the Football League.”

The agreement comes at a time where the club is undergoing a ground renovation in order to meet Football League ground requirements, with a brand new main stand due for completion in a matter of months.

Renaming the stadium is hoped to boost awareness of the operator across the UK, and comes as an addition to BT Sport’s continued commitment to televise matches from the National League

The team’s presence in the 5th tier is hoped to boost the exposure of the team, significantly more than if they were to ply their trade in the division above.

The official title will also be used in the weekly non-league highlights show on BT Sport, as well as additional match coverage from local broadcasters and on both BBC & Sky Sports’ score update programmes.
