French champions, Paris Saint-Germain has unveiled a new strategic partnership with the Gaussin Group to provide driverless, 100% electric vehicles for both public transport and freight (between 3.5 and 7.5 tonnes). 

This long-term agreement involves equipping the Parisian Club’s entire infrastructure, including the future PSG Training Centre which will open its doors in 2022.

The club has enjoyed a strong start to the season, building an eight point lead at the top of the table, the Ligue 1 champions have also emerged as leaders in commercial capabilities agreeing expansive deals with EA Sports and elevating their Nike partnership through a host of Air Jordan collaborations.

Under the terms of the agreement, the group will initially conduct studies before deploying automated electric people carriers to transport players, employees, visitors and goods including food, training and maintenance equipment at all the Paris Saint-Germain locations.
