Unibet’s sportsbook operation has been syndicated as an NBA partner for US sports betting markets.

It will allow Unibet’s US operations to access NBA data and statistics, enhancing its basketball engagement amongst its customers.

Manuel Stan, SVP Kindred Group USA, praised the deal: “We are very proud to partner with the NBA. This agreement will add to the first-class gaming experience that our customers already have.

“By accessing the NBA’s official data, the customer experience will be further enhanced. Kindred shares the NBA’s view of a regulated and sustainable gaming market, making this partnership a perfect combination.”

It concludes what has been a successful and active 2019 for Unibet, with the firm unveiling its first US online sportsbook property in the state of New Jersey in partnership with the Hard Rock Hotel Casino in Atlantic City.

Last week, securing a multi-year agreement with Pala Interactive, Unibet launched its full-service online gambling platform for the state of Pennsylvania.

Further to the data agreement, the NBA and Unibet will continue to work together on how best to strengthen and protect the integrity of the sport and its athletes.

Strengthening its betting-related integrity capacity, during 2019 the NBA has secured William Hill and DraftKings as official data partners.

The league has not limited to just US sports betting partners, also recently unveiling a new deal with ParionsSport – the Française des Jeux (FDJ) sports betting brand as an associate partner of the NBA Paris Game 2020 presented by beIN SPORTS.
