PSG aligns with Fonbet for sports betting collaboration

Paris Saint-Germain has aligned with Fonbet, with the Ligue 1 club naming the operator it’s official betting partner across Russia and the CIS region.

Under the terms of the arrangement, Fonbet will help the team widen its reach and expand its regional following by offering increased odds for Paris Saint-Germain matches, as well as ‘special promotions’ which will be developed in collaboration with the club.

Marc Armstrong, Director of Sponsorship at Paris Saint-Germain, explained: “We are delighted to welcome Fonbet to our family of regional partners at Paris Saint-Germain. The reputation of our club is growing steadily in Russia and CIS.

“An association with the leader in sports betting in these regions and above all a company that shares the same values seemed obvious. The partnership between the club and Fonbet aims to create a unique football experience for Paris Saint-Germain fans and football lovers in Russia and CIS region.”

Having secured exclusive marketing rights, the Fonbet logo will also appear throughout PSG home games as well as on the club’s official website and app.

PSG is the latest high-profile team to sign an agreement with Fonbet, with the operator having recently entered into partnerships with both AC Milan and Real Madrid.

“PSG is one of the strongest French teams and a top European contender,” commented Alina Yakirevich, Fonbet CMO. “The team gets a lot of support from fans in Russia and the CIS countries.

“I am confident that our partnership will last for a long time and help to consolidate Fonbet’s status as a leading player on the betting market in Russia and the CIS region.”
